Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes! We have a flat fee set up for international shipments. If additional funds are required, notification and a bill will be sent to your email.

Do you build custom harnesses?

Definitely! Whatever you're looking for; coil tap, phasing, custom resistances. We'll be happy to accomodate you. Contact us.

My guitar's neck pickup sounds great. The bridge pickup sounds harsh/shrill. Any ideas?

Every guitar and pickup combo has its own personality. Their are many solutions we can implement to tailor the tone or enhance what is already there. Feel free to email and we'll work it out.

What is your return policy?

This is a very subjective issue. All of our parts and components are tested for proper functionality prior to ship. Damage that occurs due to improper handling, poor tools, solder technique and general misjudgement is not Hyperion Tone's responsibility. If an issue arises, we will be available to help. We cannot anticipate the skill and knowledge level of all our customers. Reparation via parts, funds and/or other charges is 100% subject to our own discretion. Should installation prove too difficult, we recommend taking our parts to a skilled guitar tech.
